Tomato juice

Tomato juice

ORIGIN:

"Tomato juice" is rich in vitamin C,citric acid.It is easily available all over the world and is cheaper enough for you to afford.It is easy to prepare and Bangalore (Silicon Valley of India) is famous for juicy tomatoes.

INGREDIENTS

Tomato - 300 gms.

Sugar - 1/2 cup.

Water - 3 cups.

PROCEDURE

Step 1:Wash the tomatoes well in clean water.

Step 2:Then chop the tomatoes into small pieces.

Step 3:Add little amount of water to the chopped tomatoes and grind into a fine paste in a mixer-grinder or in a juicer.

Step 4:Add 3 cups of water and 1/2 cup of sugar to the grinded tomato paste and mix well.

Step 5:Filter the tomato juice prepared above to remove the seeds.

Step 6:Refrigerate the juice for atleast 1/2 an hour.

Step 7:Serve cold.

NOTE:

*Take all the ingredients in the above mentioned quantity only.

*Add enough sugar and refrigerate.

*Use clean boiled cold water.

*Use bangalore tomatoes (which are sweet and not sour in taste) only.
